About Us

Our complex consists of thirteen stucco and wood exterior multistory buildings with concrete tile roofs set at a 5:12 pitch. We also have over two hundred trees on site of varing age, size and type. Our complex consists of 164 units spread out over roughly seven and a half acres. The units vary in size from 990 square feet to 1233 square feet with a one or two car garage. All units are self contained with their own water heater, central HVAC unit, and laundry closet. All units have two balconies: one off of the living room and the other off of the master bedroom.
